I’ve never come across this until now. When I did search I came across your blog. CBC mentioned an alternative small data program to use and I can’t seem to find it: Diaspar? I think they were referring to Diaspora – an open social network launched as an alternative to Facebook (lofty goal, eh?) that fell a bit short of its original goal and is now a community platform.
